These terms apply to lcarsprime.com and the LCARS-Prime STFC Information & Moderation Discord bot, including our Explorer, member tools and community features. By using these services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
1. Our project
LCARS-Prime is an independently operated fan project offering Star Trek Fleet Command information, community tools and Discord server administration and moderation features. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Scopely, Discord, Paramount, CBS or the owners of Star Trek and Star Trek Fleet Command.
2. Responsible use
Use the service for lawful personal, informational and community activities. Do not harass others, impersonate people, submit malicious material, access someone else’s private information without permission, bypass permissions or security controls, interfere with other users, or overload the service. Automated requests must respect access controls and any published limits. Applicable Discord rules and the rights of other people still apply.
3. Accounts and server permissions
Some tools require Discord sign-in. Protect your Discord account and any authorized website sessions, and do not share credentials. Discord sign-in identifies a Discord account; it does not by itself prove ownership of a game profile. Use Discord-connected features only if you meet Discord’s applicable age and eligibility requirements.
Server owners and authorized administrators choose whether to install the bot, which permissions and moderation features to enable, and where results and logs are displayed. They are responsible for their server’s rules, permission choices and moderation decisions. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to address abuse, security risks, platform requirements or violations of these terms.
4. Information and availability
Game records, statistics, recommendations and territory observations come from available sources and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Captured information is not an official game record or a guarantee of current ownership, player activity or gameplay results. Features can change, and maintenance, outages or third-party changes can interrupt access.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on incomplete game information, independent server moderation decisions or third-party outages, except where applicable law makes us responsible. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Content and intellectual property
Original LCARS-Prime software, writing, artwork and branding remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licenses. Star Trek, Star Trek Fleet Command, Discord and third-party names, images and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Nothing on the site grants ownership of those assets or permission to imply an official relationship.
6. Submissions and private uploads
Only submit material you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in your submissions and give us permission to store, process and format them as reasonably needed to deliver the feature you requested, investigate a report and maintain the service. This does not authorize public publication of an owner-private account upload.
Keep passwords, access tokens, authentication codes, payment card information and unnecessary sensitive details out of feedback. Use the designated signed-in account tools for supported private imports. The privacy policy explains how public game information, private account data and contact messages are handled.
7. Optional community support
Our public STFC information is free. Optional support helps fund the infrastructure and development that keep LCARS-Prime’s Discord moderation tools free; it is not a fee for game data, game access or in-game benefits.
The current monthly Supporter option is $5 USD, charged through Stripe and renewed monthly until cancelled. Checkout shows the amount before you subscribe. You can manage or cancel recurring support through the billing-management link on the support page. Cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period keeps recognition through that period. The Discord Supporter role is a thank-you badge while support is active and grants no game perks. Website-account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription. Contact us about billing problems; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Other platforms
Discord, Stripe, hosting services and other providers have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Their availability, permissions and policies may affect connected features.
9. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Where required, material changes will receive additional notice or consent. Questions, privacy requests and reports can be submitted on our Contact page or through the LCARS-Prime Discord community.
