Captain, we were attacked by Klingon Vanguards, from a Great House we did not recognize. We were about to be overwhelmed when the Chancellor’s ship arrived and saved us.

And destroyed the Klingon ships. I should also add that we previously encountered Chancellor L’Rell in the Schinta system. We destroyed one of her ships in self-defense, but she allowed us to leave.

Yet her ship was – and still is – carrying a large quantity of Transogen. Given the ship was heavily damaged in the attack, and we do not yet know the volatility of Transogen, it could pose a significant threat.

Chancellor, forgive me, but if this is about unifying Klingon Houses… that hasn’t always worked out so well in the past.

Do not worry yourself, Captain. This does not concern the Federation. It is a Klingon matter, and only a Klingon matter.
