- Commander, you are partly to blame for Bedakar’s recent big-headedness. You need to intervene before he talks his way into an early grave.

- Character
- Dinitari
- Dialogue
- After that show you helped him put on, he has been insufferable. He’s flouting himself as the new Omaya, and the Klingons are… incensed.

- We have cleared some of the hostile ships from the system. We should have a clear path out now.

- Dialogue
- Bedakar, you need to come with us. If you remain here, the Klingons will be on you like piranhas.

- Phase

- Character
- Bedakar
- Dialogue
- Well… I believe that some of those hostile ships were outliers, for I certainly have fans among the Klingons. Alas, the vocal minority will always make themselves heard…

- Dialogue
- Believe whatever will let you sleep at night, Bedakar. Commander, beam him aboard so we can get out of here.

- Character
- Bedakar
- Dialogue
- Why, if it isn’t my old friend! How goes it, Commander? And Dinitari… have you reconsidered joining me?
- Objective ID
- 437,404,386
- Phase
- dialogue_start
- Character
- Dinitari
- Dialogue
- You are delusional, Bedakar. You realise that you have no fans among the Klingons? You are known only as the Romulan who tried to attack the great Omaya. Even here you risk their wrath.
- Objective ID
- 437,404,386
- Phase
- dialogue_start
- Character
- Bedakar
- Dialogue
- Nonsense! My fans are gathering in this system already. They must have heard of my world-class conducting. Why, I rival even Omaya herself!
- Objective ID

- Character
- Maia
- Dialogue
- Bedakar, I do not believe the ships which surround us are fans…
- Objective ID

- Phase

- Character
- Bedakar
- Dialogue
- Not you too, Commander! Why must I be surrounded by small-minded people who are jealous of my genius?
- Objective ID
- 437,404,386
- Phase
- dialogue_start
- Character
- Dinitari
- Dialogue
- Perhaps we should leave him to fend for himself after all…

- Dialogue
- Commander, we are surrounded by hostile Klingon ships. We will need to dispatch them if we are to escape this system.
- Objective ID

- Character
- Dinitari
- Dialogue
- Bedakar has settled back into life in the Immortal community nicely. He is wont to regale people of his heroic battle with the Klingons and flight from Klingon space.
- Objective ID

- Phase

- Character
- Maia
- Dialogue
- I see… If I may, why were you so intent on rescuing him from the Klingons?
- Objective ID

- Phase

- Character
- Dinitari
- Dialogue
- Do not breathe a word of this to him… But Bedakar is a highly talented musician. He lacks discipline and he can be difficult to work with, but I do believe he could be great one day.
- Objective ID
- 752,997,262
- Phase

- Character
- Dinitari
- Dialogue
- He is no Omaya, mind you, but he is something special all the same.

- Dialogue
- The conductor is on board.
- Objective ID

- Dialogue
- Good. We should bring him back to Immortal space, where his notions will at least be tolerated.

- Dialogue
- Perhaps he will have learned from this experience.

- Dialogue
- I doubt it – I did not work with Bedakar very long, but his rampant narcissism is pathological. I am sure he will have convinced himself that we have kidnapped him by the time we return.
