The moon of Urtan is under my jurisdiction, here in Ursva, but there is something unusual happening there that I have been unable to uncover.

Transmissions back and forth from Kronos have been happening with a site that I presumed was unoccupied. Somebody is living on Urtan without the knowledge of my superiors.

I would like you to give this data key to the Magistrate and pay him for the information I need to uncover what is going. He should comply if we offer him enough for his time.

I feared that this would happen. You've found our secret home. I have tried to keep things quiet, but something out of my control prompted me to reach out to Kronos for aid.

We are harboring Romulan refugees here, Commander. They were orphaned in an attack on a Romulan colony fifteen years ago. Eight children survived, so I took them here, to Urtan.

Klingons are capable of compassion too, believe it or not. My crew and I did not wish to abandon the young ones. So we hid them here on Urtan.

Unfortunately, they have all fallen ill. A pathogen was introduced to the colony, possibly through deliveries of supplies, we don't know. Klingons are immune to the effects…

Romulans, however, are not. The Eilisia pathogen is what we have identified it as. We strive for a cure, but so far, nothing. I will apologise to Captain K'Thok for the deception.

Perhaps once that is cleared up, we may be able to find a course of action to save the Romulans living here.

Very good. The underground habitat is run by General Hergh'Mak. It is time for his secret to be unearthed, it seems. Ah, Captain K'Thok is requesting a response…

This data key you've given me, Commander… It is for the moon of Urtan, which is classified. I understand that Captain K'Thok requests permission to send a scout there.
