Adaptive Combat Intelligence

A major /recommend update is now live.

LCARS-Prime can now learn more from actual battle logs instead of relying mainly on officer scoring & estimated ship power.

What changed?

• Your own battle history matters most. If a crew fails or succeeds against a target, LCARS can use that result in future recommendations.

• Community battle logs can help everyone. LCARS can learn from similar battles uploaded by other members while keeping the evidence anonymous.

• Different accounts are not treated as equal. Ship level, target level, Ops, relative power, combat stats & battle conditions are used to decide how comparable another battle really is.

• Bad battle conditions are recognized. A loss while entering combat heavily damaged will not be treated the same as a normal full-strength loss.

• Officer abilities are checked more carefully. Target type, level restrictions, Armada/non-Armada requirements, ship class, faction & other conditions can prevent an ability from receiving credit when it cannot actually activate.

• Imported account data can improve recommendations, including ship progression, officer ranks, research, buildings, artifacts, Tech, Fleet Commanders & previous combat history.

• Existing retained battle logs can help seed the new learning system. You do not need to upload everything again.

If you use a recommended crew, uploading the resulting battle log helps LCARS compare the prediction with what actually happened.

The goal is simple:
Mechanics tell LCARS what can work.
Battle experience teaches LCARS what does work.
Your account helps LCARS decide what should work for you.
